Instructional Management and Learning Support Professionals
Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking highly motivated, full-time Instructional Management & Learning Support (IMLS) Professionals in support of the United States Air Force Air University (AU), Air Force Global College (AFGC) at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama.
*This position is contingent on the award of a federal contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional management, faculty support, and learning services supporting Air Force Global College distance learning programs.
- Recruit, credential, train, assess, schedule, and manage contractor faculty supporting Professional Military Education (PME) programs.
- Verify faculty credentials and maintain qualification records in accordance with institutional accreditation standards and Air Force requirements.
- Support delivery of online and hybrid graduate- and undergraduate-level instruction across multiple military education disciplines.
- Facilitate courses in Strategy & Security Studies, Airpower Studies, Leadership & Profession of Arms Studies, Warfare Studies, Joint Operations Studies, Research/Graduate Skills, and Faculty Development.
- Conduct faculty evaluations, observation activities, continuing education coordination, and quality assurance reviews.
- Deliver student-centered online education experiences that promote critical thinking, military leadership development, and operational readiness.
- Provide instruction, grading, discussion facilitation, student feedback, mentoring, and curriculum support within Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Support Air University's Online Master's Degree Program (OLMP), Joint Professional Military Education (JPME), Officer Professional Military Education (OPME), and Enlisted Professional Military Education (EPME) programs.
- Participate in instructional design, curriculum enhancement, faculty development, educational technology integration, and program improvement initiatives.
- Prepare management reports, project plans, quality management documentation, staffing plans, and performance assessments.
- Collaborate with Government stakeholders to ensure high-quality educational delivery to more than 39,000 worldwide students annually.
