INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an instructor in the Eaker Center for Leadership Development. The instructor teaches in seminar, auditorium, and on-line environments and is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of training concepts, programs, and procedures to meet instructional requirements.
1. Plans, develops, executes and evaluates a comprehensive range of education and training programs. 2. Evaluates courses, making adjustments as necessary to curricula, teaching methodologies, schedules, etc., based on internal and external evaluation analysis including graduate and supervisor feedback, and input from other instructors. 3. Develops and maintains professional contacts with a variety of levels and organizational elements, Major Commands, Air Staff, DoD, and other government/non-government agencies. 4. Manages all programming actions associated with the assigned courses. 5. Accomplishes special projects: Develops and implements special projects designed to resolve issues, improve education or training, respond to specific taskings, answer internal and external inquiries, or correct deficiencies.
