INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Instructional Systems Specialist in the Training Directorate (N7 Department) of CTR FOR EXPL ORD DISP DIV.

You will analyze training requirements and designs courseware based on established Instructional Systems Design (ISD) models.

You will design specific, measurable learning objectives using frameworks like Bloom’s Taxonomy to develop learning objectives, course outlines, lesson plans, storyboards, and assessment instruments.

You will monitor training indicators, applies data-driven statistical analysis, and implements practical, intuitive, and experimental processes designed to increase the quality and effectiveness of training programs.
