Description
- Melaksanakan pembelajaran dan pelatihan teknis/praktik sesuai kurikulum, standar kompetensi, dan kebutuhan industri TRL.
- Menyusun dan memperbarui bahan ajar, modul praktik, simulasi, serta perangkat pembelajaran berbasis kebutuhan kompetensi.
- Memfasilitasi praktikum dan simulasi kerja, termasuk penggunaan teknologi, equipment, dan aplikasi logistik.
- Melaksanakan evaluasi kompetensi mahasiswa serta memonitor pencapaian hasil pembelajaran.
- Membimbing mahasiswa dalam kegiatan praktik, field exposure, dan kegiatan industri sesuai scope pembelajaran.
- Mendukung pengembangan kurikulum, metode pembelajaran, dan peningkatan kualitas praktikum berdasarkan evaluasi akademik dan kebutuhan industri.
- Mengembangkan kompetensi profesional secara berkelanjutan melalui pelatihan, sertifikasi, dan exposure industri.
- Berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan akademik dan institusi sesuai penugasan.
