Instrument Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Instrument Supervisor to oversee instrumentation activities at a project site in Mesaieed, Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, proven supervisory experience, and mandatory experience with the Permit to Work (PTW) system in Mesaieed.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily instrumentation installation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting activities.
• Coordinate site activities and ensure work is completed according to project specifications and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, site safety procedures, and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, contractors, and other site teams.
• Monitor work progress, manpower allocation, and productivity.
• Review technical drawings, instrument layouts, and related documentation.
• Identify and resolve instrumentation-related technical issues.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials at the worksite.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant instrumentation experience.
• Proven experience in an instrumentation supervisory role.
• Mandatory PTW experience in Mesaieed, Qatar.
• Good knowledge of instrumentation installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong site coordination, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an industrial project environment.
