Summary

Maintains and calibrates industrial instrumentation and control systems at a terminal, including marine vapor recovery gear, using P&IDs and schematics.

BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Maintain, inspect, and calibrate all instrumentation and control devices in the terminal.
    2. Provide accurate records of all instrumentation equipment at the Terminal
    3. Perform equipment inspections and document findings, repairs, and maintenance activities in the CMMS system.
    4. Test, maintain, and coordinate the safe operation of marine vapor recovery systems.
    5. Any other items as assigned by supervision or management.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Two or three years of practical work experience with industrial process measurement and control systems.
  3. Certificate of Instrumentation Technology or equivalent formal training, preferred.
  4. Ability to troubleshoot, install, repair, calibrate instrumentation and control devices.
  5. Ability to read and interpret loop sheets, P&IDs, and electrical schematics.
  6. Familiarity with marine vapor recovery systems instrumentation and control, preferred.
