Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Work warm leads and follow up consistently
- Revisit past quotes and revive old opportunities
- Cross-sell to current clients and grow accounts
- Qualify leads and book appointments
- Deliver great service while driving sales
- Generate referrals and reviews
- Keep your pipeline organized and active
Requirements

- Comfortable speaking with clients (phone, text, in person)
- Motivated by performance and earning potential
- Consistent with follow-up and daily activity
- Coachable and open to learning a proven sales process
- Organized and able to manage leads and tasks
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- Bilingual is a plus (not required)
- Willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license (required to succeed in role)
