The Elizabeth Correa Agency in Horizon City, Texas, is looking for a confident and highly motivated person who is interested in a sales career as a Full Time Producer. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services. We offer a Sign-On Bonus of $2,500 for licensed (general lines property & casualty) candidates. Experiencved applicants will be offered a base salary, monthly commissions plus team bonuses. Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources..
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• General lines Property and Casualty license preferred
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Professional phone etiquette.
