Salary: Up to £80,000 + Benefits Package

About the Role

We're working with a leading consulting organisation looking to grow its specialist Financial Services architecture team.

This is an opportunity to work with major insurers, wealth managers and financial institutions, helping shape large-scale technology transformation initiatives across cloud, data, applications and emerging AI capabilities. You'll work closely with both business and technology stakeholders, helping define future-state architecture and supporting strategic technology investment decisions.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting the design of enterprise and solution architectures across complex transformation programmes.
  • Developing target-state architectures, roadmaps and transition strategies.
  • Working across applications, integration, cloud and data-focused initiatives.
  • Helping organisations modernise legacy technology estates and adopt new digital capabilities.
  • Contributing to cloud, AI and data transformation projects.
  • Engaging with business and technical stakeholders to define solution options and recommendations.
  • Supporting architecture governance and technology decision-making.
  • Contributing to thought leadership and innovation initiatives within the wider architecture practice.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years' experience in architecture, engineering or technology consulting roles.
  • Exposure to Insurance, Financial Services or other regulated sectors.
  • Experience across data, applications, integration, cloud or security domains.
  • Knowledge of modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks or similar technologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience operating between business and technology teams.
  • Exposure to platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, FNZ, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous.
  • Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
