- Call retention
- Customer service
- Invoice recovery
- Management of everything related to After-sales
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service
- Customer loyalty
- Recent recovery management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Benefits and conditions
Contract: 3 months with Randstad + possibility of becoming permanent staff.
Schedule: from 12:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. (30 hours per week)
Location: Calle Princesa
Salary: 10.10 gross euros/hour
