Insurance Business Development Reinsurance
You will support the launch and growth of PayPay’s life insurance business by leading reinsurance-related work. You will develop reinsurance strategies, design schemes, negotiate and manage contracts with reinsurers, and assess risk transfer and capital-efficiency options as the business grows.
Responsibilities
- Develop reinsurance strategies for the life insurance business
- Design reinsurance schemes
- Negotiate, execute, and manage reinsurance contracts with reinsurers
- Assess risk transfer and capital-efficiency optimization as the business grows
Requirements
- Experience in life reinsurance operations, including reinsurance strategy, contract negotiation, execution, and management
- At least three years of experience in financial services with outstanding results
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to financial services
- Experience developing strategies and business plans
- Communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
