We’re on the hunt for an experienced Orthodontic Insurance Coordinator to help us manage the financial side of our multiple locations. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a big impact on the success of our practice while working closely with a supportive team of professionals.
As an Orthodontic Insurance Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefits across multiple locations
- Submitting and following up on insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement
- Providing patients with clear financial information and addressing their insurance questions
- Reviewing and adjusting patient accounts to resolve discrepancies
- Coordinating payment plans with the financial team
- Working with practice managers and staff to resolve billing issues
- Utilizing Insurance AI Tools to streamline claims processes
