Insurance Customer Service/Admin (Up to $3,800) #BTS

Responsibilities

• Handle customer and intermediary enquiries mainly via email through Salesforce
• Manage emails, letters and outbound calls where required
• Provide end-to-end support and aim to resolve enquiries at the first point of contact
• Process routine customer requests in accordance with SOPs, product knowledge and approved guideline
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records, follow-ups and audit trails while meeting service standards and SLAs
• Resolve customer issues professionally and provide appropriate solutions within approved guidelines
• Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in Insurance customer service functions
