Insurance Customer Service Rep
Job Description
Herndon Family Agency is a family-owned and operated insurance agency with 21 years of experience serving its clients and community. Our serve-first culture is at the heart of everything we do. We focus on educating clients, building lasting relationships, and helping people navigate the ever-changing world of insurance with confidence.
Our eight-person team works together in the office, creating a close-knit environment where communication and teamwork matter. We hold weekly team meetings to stay connected, solve problems, and make sure everyone is moving in the same direction. Over time, the relationships we build with our clients become just as meaningful as the relationships we build with one another.
We’re seeking an Insurance Customer Service Rep to support current clients, handle service calls, set appointments, and assist with quoting and sales paperwork. You’ll work alongside the agency team in an in-office environment where direct communication and collaboration help resolve client needs efficiently. The role offers hands-on training, licensing assistance, and opportunities to advance into management or sales.
