Insurance Customer Service (Up to $4,500) #BTS

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support primarily through Live Chat as part of the Contact Centre team
• Handle enquiries and requests from financial representatives and policyholders professionally and efficiently
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints at first contact where possible, ensuring proper follow-up and closure
• Make outbound calls when required and ensure service commitments are met within agreed timelines
• Assess appeals and provide recommendations to Managers/HODs
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments and follow through on resolution
• Maintain accurate customer interactions and service records in the CRM system
• Meet team service standards, productivity and quality targets, and support ad-hoc projects as required
• Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned
