Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound telephone inquiries from insurance clients.


• Manage and update information regarding policies, claims, and customer requests in accordance with industry procedures.


• Deliver empathetic, clear, and efficient customer service.
  
  

requisitos/requirements

Requirements & Skills:

• Languages: Native Spanish speaker Fluent English (minimum B2 level, mandatory).


• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.


• High attention to detail, strong organization, accuracy, and a customer-oriented mindset.


• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.


• Previous experience in Call Centers or the Insurance sector is highly valued.

What We Offer (Benefits)

Attractive Compensation Package:

• Base Salary: ?1,000 / month


• Performance Bonus: up to ?150 / month


• Meal Allowance: ?8.76 / day


• Schedule: Rotating shifts between 8:30 am and 7 pm


• Days Off: Fixed weekends off


• Work Location: On-site - Algés, Portugal


• Start date: October 12th
