Insurance Industry Manager (Business Development and Delivery)

Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Execute proposal for Insurance (Japanese/ Non-Japanese).
1.1. Research and find connection with proper PIC in Insurance company.
1.2. Prepare material, including company introduction, experience solution and so on.
1.3. Visit for meeting and clarify the issue. - Communicate with Top Management in Insurance company.
- Follow up, tracking and revise proposal.
- Kick start contracting, register internal system.
- Run the project, create deliverables.
5.1. Project Management (Progress, Issue, Risk, Cost).
5.2. Manage Business Analyst team, solution team.
Qualifications:
- Having deep understanding on Insurance industry in Indonesia.
- Minimum 7 years (ideally more than 10 years) working experience in Insurance Industry, either as employee of Insurance company or as Consultant for Insurance.
- Have relationship with top management in multiple insurance company, especially with Japanese related.
- Have experience to submit proposal to customer, especially insurance customer.
- Must have 5 years working experience as PM/PMO with any project in insurance.
- Proficient in English (Business Level) is a must.
