Insurance Officer - Brokers

We’re looking for an Insurance Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day servicing of our clients. This is a varied role offering exposure to different insurance products and the opportunity to develop your technical and commercial knowledge within the broking sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client queries and provide clear information on insurance products and services.
- Prepare and process quotations, policies, renewals and other insurance documentation.
- Liaise with clients, insurers and other stakeholders to ensure an efficient and professional service.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships, supporting retention and cross-selling opportunities.
- Support the identification and development of new business opportunities.
- Ensure client records and documentation are accurate, complete and handled in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within insurance, insurance broking or a related financial services environment would be considered an asset.
- A strong sense of responsibility, accountability and ownership.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and develop within the insurance broking field.
- Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English.
