Insurance Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the hospital billing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with insurance policies. - Manage claims processing, including the submission of claims to insurance companies and follow-up on outstanding claims. - Act as a liaison between hospitals and insurance providers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing and claims. - Collaborate with TPAs to facilitate efficient claims management and ensure adherence to service level agreements. - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications related to insurance operations. - Provide support and guidance to hospital staff regarding insurance policies and procedures.
