Responsibilities
Job duties include gathering personal information and entering data regarding their home, auto, specialty vehicle, or commercial business to build a Quote and taking inbound lead calls to quote for insurance.
Requirements
- P&C Insurance License not required at hire, but will be required after probationary period (provided by Agency)
- Bilingual is beneficial
- Call center experience is beneficial.
- Must be able to multitask multiple screens at once.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection
- Must be skilled at typing (30+ wpm)
- Must be detailed oriented!
- Must be 18 or older (background check will be performed)
- Have no felonies
- Must have reliable transportation and preferably live in or near South Arlington 76017
- Must complete the online Assessment to be considered.
- NOT a remote position
- M-F 9am -6pm
