Responsibilities
Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to achieve agency goals.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs.
Present and explain Allstate insurance products, highlighting benefits and coverage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Process applications and ensure accurate policy issuance.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
Comfortable using technology for sales and customer management.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
