Our Farmers Insurance agency in Blue Springs is hiring Sales Advisors. You’ll get a steady base salary, warm leads, and full training. Your job is to help local families protect their cars, homes, and futures, and to earn more as you get better at it.

We’re a close-knit office. You won’t get lost in a call center. You’ll have a manager who coaches you directly and a clear view of how to move up.

Compensation

$36,000 base salary

Uncapped commission plus bonus opportunities

Expected first-year earnings: $30,000–$75,000, depending on performance

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

Reach out to people who have asked for an insurance quote

Quote auto, home, and life coverage and explain the options in plain language

Review clients’ needs and suggest coverage that fills the gaps

Log your activity in our CRM and follow up on open quotes

Work toward weekly goals alongside the team

You’ll do well here if you

Enjoy talking with people, mostly by phone

Are competitive and motivated by earning more

Respond well to coaching and feedback

Are organized and follow through

Requirements

Prior insurance or sales experience is helpful but not required. Customer service, retail, and hospitality backgrounds translate well.
