Insurance Sales Agent
Job Description
Most people will not qualify for this role. We are building a team of high performers who expect more out of life — financially, professionally, and personally. If you’re looking for a comfortable job with capped upside, this is not for you. If you want to win, grow quickly, and get paid accordingly, keep reading.
We hire for mindset, discipline, and proven performance. The right person has a track record of winning — whether in sales, sports, or business — and operates with urgency, focus, and ownership. You don’t need to be managed, you take full responsibility for results, and you’re coachable enough to keep improving. You’re confident, but grounded, and you’re serious about building a high six-figure income over time.
This is not a fit for anyone looking for a “safe” job, needing constant supervision, blaming external factors, or settling for average performance. The environment is performance-driven, and expectations are high.
In this role, you will convert inbound opportunities into clients, deliver a strong customer experience, identify additional opportunities through a “+1” mindset, and execute within a proven system while continuously improving your performance. You will track and hit weekly and monthly metrics — consistently.
Compensation is simple: we reward performance. There is a base salary for stability, uncapped commission, and bonuses for hitting and exceeding targets. On-target earnings range from $80K–$150K+, with top performers earning $150K–$300K+. Your income is directly tied to your output.
We provide a high-performance, no-excuses environment with consistent opportunities, proven systems, ongoing coaching, and clear accountability. There is a direct path to rapid income and career growth for those who execute.
This is a place for people who want to be surrounded by other high performers, thrive in a results-driven environment, and are serious about growing — financially and personally. If that’s you, apply. If not, you’ll know quickly.
