About the Opportunity

Brightway Insurance is hiring an Insurance Sales Agent on behalf of Brightway, The Rivera Agency, a growing new agency expanding into the Denver, CO market. This is an in-office sales role focused on growing a new book of business in Colorado, with access to Brightway's national carrier network and agency support infrastructure.

What You'll Do
- Quote and sell Property & Casualty personal lines insurance across multiple carriers
- Build new referral relationships through community and business networking
- Identify and engage potential customers through established lead-generation methods
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships
- Consistently work toward new business sales targets

What We're Looking For
- No prior insurance experience required — sales background welcomed
- Property & Casualty license required; licensing sponsorship available for the right candidate
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
