Remote Sales Representative – AO Globe Life
AO Globe Life is looking for a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will actively connect with prospective customers, build meaningful relationships, and present life and supplemental health insurance products that help individuals and families protect their financial future.
The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, eager to develop professionally, comfortable communicating with people, and passionate about helping others while contributing to the company's continued growth.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell insurance products – Present AO Globe Life's life insurance, supplemental health benefits, and related coverage options to prospective clients.
Build and maintain relationships – Establish trust with potential customers through professional communication, follow-ups, and personalized service.
Meet and exceed sales targets – Work toward individual and team sales goals while consistently developing new client relationships.
Manage client interactions – Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, conversations, applications, and follow-up activities.
Understand customer needs – Identify clients' needs and recommend suitable insurance and benefit solutions.
Participate in training and development – Attend virtual training sessions, team meetings, and coaching opportunities to continuously improve sales and communication skills.
Requirements:
Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
Willingness to learn about life insurance products and the sales process.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
Willingness to complete the required insurance licensing process.
