Canepa Insurance Agency is a growing insurance agency in Glendale, AZ, building out three divisions in Personal Lines, Commercial, and Life. We're looking for independent producers who want to build a business of their own with real support behind them.
You'll focus on the division that fits your strengths, whether that's helping families protect their homes and cars, partnering with business owners on their coverage, or guiding clients through protecting their families' futures.
We provide agency leads, a referral network, sales training resources, and office space. Not licensed yet? We'll pay for licensing for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
Build and manage your own book of business in Personal Lines, Commercial, or Life insurance
Contact and follow up with agency-provided leads and referrals
Conduct needs assessments to recommend the right coverage for each client
Prepare quotes and present policy options clearly and honestly
Develop relationships with referral partners such as realtors, mortgage professionals, and local businesses
Cross-sell additional coverage to existing clients where it fits their needs
Maintain accurate client and pipeline records in the agency CRM
Deliver responsive, professional service that builds long-term client relationships
Requirements
Arizona Property & Casualty or Life & Health license preferred. Paid licensing available for qualified candidates, with the expectation of becoming licensed within 30 days
Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience preferred, including retail, hospitality, real estate, mortgage, banking, or financial services
Strong phone and verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and listen actively
Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and pipeline
Comfortable with CRM software, email, and basic computer applications
Persistent and resilient in handling objections and rejection
High integrity and a client-first approach
Reliable transportation for client meetings
