Insurance Sales Producer
Job Description
The Robinson Agency | Allstate Insurance
We're Looking for a Producer, Not an Order Taker.
The Robinson Agency is growing, and we're looking for a competitive, ambitious, bilingual insurance sales professional who knows how to create opportunities, build relationships, and close business.
We're not looking for someone who simply waits for the phone to ring or depends entirely on leads being handed to them.
We want someone who enjoys meeting people, building connections, leveraging social media, developing referral relationships, and turning those relationships into new customers.
If you're naturally competitive, enjoy the freedom to develop business, and take pride in your results, we want to meet you.
What Makes This Opportunity Different
We're building a high-performance, relationship-driven insurance agency serving customers throughout Texas.
Our producers have opportunities to generate business through:
- Personal relationships and centers of influence
- Social media engagement and community groups
- Realtors, mortgage professionals, and other referral partners
- Local networking events and community involvement
- Agency marketing campaigns and inbound opportunities
- Proactive follow-up with prospects and referrals
This is not a traditional telemarketing position. Phone prospecting is part of sales, but success here is measured by your ability to generate opportunities, build a pipeline, and close business—not simply how many calls you make.
What We Offer
- Base salary plus performance-based commissions
- Additional incentive and bonus opportunities
- Agency-generated leads and marketing support
- Established agency systems and sales resources
- Training, coaching, and professional development
- Opportunities to build referral relationships and expand your market
- A competitive, growth-oriented team environment
- The opportunity to build a meaningful career with an ambitious Texas insurance agency
This Role May Not Be Right for You If...
- You prefer customer service over new business sales.
- You need a steady flow of assigned leads to produce results.
- You dislike networking, prospecting, or asking for referrals.
- You require constant direction to stay productive.
- You are uncomfortable being accountable for measurable sales results.
- You want a position with absolutely no flexibility for occasional evening or community events.
Ready to Build Something Bigger?
If you're a licensed, bilingual insurance professional. We're a growing, multilingual Allstate agency serving communities throughout Texas. So if you're someone who enjoys competition, relationship-building, and the satisfaction of closing business, we'd like to hear from you.
