Insurance Sales Producer

Job Description

You'd be selling into a book that already exists.

Active Texas P&C license required — please don't apply without one.

Most agency producer jobs hand you a phone and a list and wish you luck. This one doesn't.

In June 2026 we opened Beth Coleman Allstate — and we opened with an established book: about 4,500 households and $13 million in premium, purchased from one of the top Allstate agencies in North Texas. Those customers are already ours. Many of them have one policy and need two. That's warm business sitting in the system on your first day.

On top of that, the agency spends real money putting new people in front of you — budgeted at roughly $8,000 per producer per month across live transfers, internet leads, direct mail, and local presence. You don't buy leads out of your commission. You don't work your family for referrals. You quote and you close.

This job is fully remote. Work from home, anywhere in Texas. The dialer, the quoting platform, and the book all run in the cloud, and we ship you the equipment. No commute, no relocation, no "remote for now."

And your territory isn't one small town. We write all of Texas and all of Oklahoma — DFW, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, OKC, Tulsa, and everything between. Nobody here runs out of market.

What you'd earn

  • $36,000 base salary, plus uncapped monthly commission that steps up as your item count climbs
  • $80,000 – $150,000 is the on-target range once you're ramped and writing 40+ items a month — that's what our producers are running
  • The commission ladder is published — you'll see the exact tier table in the interview, not after you sign
  • $500 monthly bonus over 40 items, $1,000 over 50
  • $1,000 bonus when you complete your 90-day probationary period
  • 20% commission on life if you're life-licensed (we'll help you get there)
  • Starting salary flexes up for proven production history

What working here is actually like

Beth spent 11 years at Allstate — running day-to-day operations and coaching a 20+ person sales team — before buying this book and opening her own doors. In 2025 she personally wrote 672 items with zero marketing spend behind her. She still sells, and she trains producers herself.

Remote here does not mean on your own. Your first two weeks are live screen-share training with Beth — not a login and a video series. After that she's listening in on live calls, coaching you between them, and the team channel is open all day. You will know exactly where your numbers stand, and so will everyone else.

Straight about the trade-offs: remote, but it's a full sales day. Call and quote expectations are daily, your production is visible to the team, and you'll be coached on it whether you asked or not. No weekends, and a real end to the day — but the day is full. If you're looking for a remote job where you can go quiet for an afternoon, this isn't it. If you want to be coached, sell into warm business from your own house, and get paid for items you actually write, apply.

We're interviewing now and moving quickly. Apply and Beth will reach out personally to set up a call.

Beth Coleman Allstate · Remote — anywhere in Texas · writing all of Texas and Oklahoma

Benefits

  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Work from Home
  • Mon-Fri Schedule
  • Hands on Training

Responsibilities

  • Quote and close personal lines insurance — auto, home, renters, and life
  • Work the existing book of 4,500+ households: policy reviews, cross-sell, and rounding out accounts that are only half protected
  • Run the leads the agency buys — live transfers, internet leads, and direct mail response — through the dialer daily
  • Bundle every quote. Auto plus home is how the money works here, for you and for the agency
  • Run weekly win-back campaigns on former customers
  • Hit daily call and quote activity targets, and monthly new-item production targets
  • Document every contact and quote in the CRM so the next touch isn't a cold start
  • Follow up on open quotes until they close or they tell you no

Requirements

  • Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license — in hand before day one. This is not negotiable and we do not sponsor, reimburse, or wait for pre-licensing
  • A private, quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet
  • Available 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Central Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central on Friday
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting a sales quota — in insurance or any other commissioned sales role
  • Comfortable making outbound calls all day. This is a sales seat with daily activity expectations, not a service desk
  • Coachable — your calls are recorded and reviewed, and you'll get corrected on them
  • Self-directed. Nobody walks past your desk. You log in on time and you dial without being asked

Preferred

  • Personal lines experience — auto, home, renters
  • Texas Life & Health license (we'll help you get it if you don't have it)
  • Experience with a CRM or power dialer (we use Ricochet360)
  • Prior captive or independent agency production history

We provide

  • All leads — roughly $8,000/month per producer, at no cost to you
  • Laptop and equipment
  • Oklahoma non-resident license, paid by the agency, after hire
