You earn hourly pay from day one, then add commission and monthly bonuses on top. We provide the leads, the dialer, and the training. You bring the drive.

The best of both worlds: a hybrid schedule you can plan around

You're in our Grandville office 3 days a week and work from home 2 set days every week, [Mondays and Fridays]. They're the same days every week, so you can plan appointments, school pickups, and the rest of your life around them.

No license? We'll pay for it.

Start at $16/hr while you earn your Michigan Property & Casualty license, and we cover the course and the exam. Pass within 30 days and you get a $200 bonus. While you study, you also earn $5 for every caller you connect to a licensed producer, and $10 each after your first 10 in a month.

Once you're licensed, your pay grows with you:

$17/hr base, with raises every 6 months you hit your goal, up to $21/hr

Commission on your total monthly sales. Hit $40K in a month and you earn 2% on everything, up to 4% at $60K+

Monthly bonuses of $250, $500, or $1,000

Experienced, licensed agents may start at up to $18/hr

What that looks like: a licensed producer selling $45,000 a month earns about $49,000 a year. Top producers earn $78,000+.

Responsibilities

• Connect with interested Michigan drivers and homeowners who have already requested insurance quotes. These are warm leads, so there's no door-knocking.
• Make high-volume outbound calls using our auto-dialer.
• Quote and sell Farmers auto and home insurance once you're licensed.
• Follow up with new customers so they feel taken care of from day one.
• Work toward monthly sales goals and compete for bonuses.

Requirements

• 18 or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Already hold, or willing to earn, a Michigan Property & Casualty license (we pay for it)
• Able to pass a background check
• Available full time, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
• Reliable transportation to our Grandville office 3 days a week
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, private space for your 2 home days

Nice to Have

• Active Michigan Property & Casualty license
• Experience in sales, call centers, customer service, restaurants, or retail
• Comfort with a CRM or quoting software
