Sales Manager Growth Opportunity

Lupoli Insurance LLC is looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven sales professional to help

grow our home and auto insurance business.

We are especially interested in candidates who have experience in real estate, mortgage

lending, or related industries—or who already have strong relationships with Realtors and

other real estate professionals.

This is a hybrid sales position. We provide inbound sales opportunities, but we are also looking

for someone who can generate new business independently through networking, referrals,

prospecting, and community relationships.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to agency-provided leads
• Respond quickly to new inbound leads and quote requests
• Follow up consistently with prospects who have not yet purchased
• Re-contact previous prospects and unsold quotes
• Quote and sell home and auto insurance
• Identify opportunities for umbrella and additional coverage
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Meet established call, quote, follow-up, and new-business goals

Requirements

• Have experience as a Realtor or working within the real estate industry
• Already have relationships with Realtors or mortgage professionals
• Have outside sales or business-development experience
• Are confident making outbound sales calls
• Are persistent with follow-up without being overly aggressive
• Enjoy meeting new people and developing professional relationships
• Are motivated by goals and earning potential
• Can generate your own business in addition to working provided leads
• Are organized and comfortable managing a sales pipeline
• Want to build a career and eventually move into sales leadership
