About the Opportunity
The Thompson Agency is looking for a licensed producer for a hybrid/remote role covering Rexburg, ID. You'll get Brightway's carrier network and agency-level support, with commission structured to reward performance rather than cap it.
The Role
- Sell auto, home, and life insurance to new and existing customers
- Take agency-supplied leads through the sales process to close
- Consult with customers to find coverage suited to their needs
- Meet monthly sales targets in a hybrid work environment
What We're Looking For
- Active P&C insurance license required
- 1–3 years of insurance or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable with a hybrid schedule
