Salary: 25,000 INR (Base Salary) + Incentives
Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Collect and record customer data accurately.
Explain and promote insurance packages to potential clients.
Transfer qualified leads to the L2 Department after 200 - 250 seconds of the call.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Provide excellent customer service and answer any customer inquiries.
Follow up with potential clients to close sales.
