Successful applicants will receive assistance with the work permit application under Taiwan's **Points-Based Work Permit System for Foreign Professionals and International Graduates**, helping you begin your career in Taiwan with confidence.

**Job Responsibilities**
1. Organize and replenish linens and towels, and maintain the cleanliness of the housekeeping storage room and lobby.
2. Clean and prepare guest rooms, including changing bed linens, making beds, dusting furniture, and vacuuming floors.
3. Clean bathrooms and replenish guest amenities, including bath towels, hand towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash.
4. Perform cleaning duties for both check-out and check-in guest rooms.
5. Carry out deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
6. Report any room damages, maintenance issues, or lost-and-found items.
7. Ensure the proper and safe use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
8. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
9. Clean up to **12 check-out guest rooms per day**, depending on operational requirements.

**Requirements**
1. Basic Mandarin communication skills are required. English proficiency is an advantage.
2. Responsible, detail-oriented, patient, and service-minded.
3. Able to identify and solve problems proactively.
4. Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
5. Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties, including moving mattresses, vacuum cleaners, and other housekeeping equipment.
6. Eligible for Taiwan's **Points-Based Work Permit System** for international graduates.
7. Willing to provide the required documents for the work permit application.
8. A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent guest service.

Working Hours：09:00 – 17:30(Break: 30 minutes)
Days Off：8–10 days off per month, scheduled in accordance with Taiwan's Labor Standards Act and the company's shift schedule.

工作內容
1.整理並上架布巾、毛巾、維護備品室與大廳的整潔
2.負責客房清潔與整理（更換床單、鋪床、擦拭桌面、吸塵等）
3.清潔衛浴設備與補充備品（浴巾、毛巾、衛生紙、洗手乳、洗沐浴乳等）
4.處理客房退房與進房間之清潔作業
5.交辦之細清事項
6.回報房間損壞狀況或遺留物品
7.確保清潔用品的妥善使用與安全
8.其他主管交辦事項
9.每日最多需清理退房客房約12間。

需具備條件
✦具基本中文溝通能力（英文能力佳者尤佳）。
✦責任感與服務熱忱，細心、有耐性，能主動發現與解決問題。
✦可配合彈性排班，具假日或輪班彈性者尤佳。
✦體力狀況良好，能勝任需搬動物品的工作內容（如床墊、吸塵器等基本設備）。
✦符合僑外生留臺工作評點制申請資格。
✦願意配合提供工作許可申請所需文件。
✦工作細心負責，具服務熱忱，能配合團隊合作。

上班時間：09:00～17:30 （休息時間：30分鐘）
每月休假：8~10天（每月享有 8 至 10 天休假，依勞動法規及公司排班規定安排。）
