We are currently seeking applicants for a full-time Intake and Quality Assurance Coordinator who will be responsible for facilitating the Intake process, including customer service, scheduling and hosting tours, and documentation collection, entry, and review (Quality Assurance

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following duties and responsibilities represent the essential functions of this job that an individual must be able to perform with or without a reasonable accommodation:

    • Markets Eggleston programs by serving as a liaison with outside referral sources (local CSBs), participates in provider and resource fairs, and serves as the point person for information about program requirements, vacancies, and waitlists.

    • Arranges and hosts informational tours of day programs and residential homes;

    • Initiates the admission process for day support and residential services by gathering diagnostic information to determine if programs are an appropriate fit for the individual’s needs and abilities, providing the support and information necessary to enable applicants to be involved in self-advocacy and decision-making, and collaborating with program managers and forwarding required information for follow-up.

    • Maintains tracking systems and databases for openings, projected openings, and waitlists for specific programs, as well as intakes and transfers.

    • Maintains current knowledge of State and Federal laws and regulations as they pertain to NPAs with day support, residential, and employment programs.

    • Performs monthly documentation reviews at various sites.

    • Actively serves as a part of the Rehabilitation Support team in the organization by contributing to and/or participating in activities beyond their division.

    • Adequately utilizes technology as required to complete job tasks.

    • Attends and participates in all required meetings and training.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    • Routine travel to program locations is required.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE:

The following qualifications represent the training, education, certifications, licensures, and/or work experience required to perform the essential duties and responsibilities successfully:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Customer service and/or marketing experience required
    • Experience working in an office setting preferred
    • Ability to handle office equipment, such as the telephone system, printer, and fax machine
    • Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent telephone communication etiquette
    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 software, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams


PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Physical demands: Performing the duties of this job requires near visual acuity, the ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds, and gross manipulation. Additionally, the employee:

  • Must be free of tuberculosis in a communicable form.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
