Pay: $15 - $20hr

Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12s (7a–7p) & every other weekend rotation

How You Will Make a Difference
- Answer referral lines; triage calls from families, EDs, and providers with warmth and professionalism.
- Verify insurance, gather demographics, and schedule assessments/admissions.
- Track bed board and collaborate with nursing, EVS, and security for timely room readiness.
- Maintain real‑time logs, dashboards, and handoffs between shifts.
- Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
- Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Healthcare admissions or behavioral health front‑office experience preferred.
- Superb communication, multitasking, and EMR proficiency.
- Calm under pressure with customer‑service excellence.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be 21 yrs or older.
- Preferred STNA, MHT, BHT.
