Intake Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Intake Specialist to support lead qualification and client intake processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage client information accurately in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and referrals, and conduct structured intake interviews

• Gather and verify client and accident information with accuracy and empathy

• Evaluate and pre-qualify cases based on firm criteria and escalate when needed

• Enter and organize case data in CRM/case management systems

• Collect and upload supporting documentation (reports, photos, insurance, medical records)

• Explain and obtain signed retainer agreements to convert qualified leads

• Follow up with leads and missed calls to maximize conversions

• Maintain accurate records, confidentiality, and compliance with firm policies

• Coordinate with attorneys and case managers during case transition

• Support team communication and intake process improvements

Requirements:
