* Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online forms, providing clear and professional information about the firm’s services.
* Schedule consultations with attorneys, ensuring all client information is entered accurately and organized efficiently.
* Play a key role in creating a smooth and professional experience for every potential client.
