Our client is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Engineer to join a high profile Defence capability program. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering Integrated Logisctic Support outcomes for a complex ICT capability acquisition within the Defence Digital Group acquisition environment.

Skills & Experience Required

• Demonstrated experience leading Integrated Product Support (IPS) or Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities within Defence.
• Strong understanding of Defence acquisition and sustainment frameworks, including the One Defence Capability Model (ODCM).
• Experience supporting complex ICT, communications, or network-enabled Defence capabilities.
• Experience developing and managing Bill of Materials (BoM) to support procurement, inventory and sustainment activities.
• Knowledge of Defence Digital Group (DDG) acquisition and sustainment practices.
• Experience developing Support Concepts, Supply Support documentation and other IPS artefacts.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and advisory skills, with the ability to influence senior Defence and industry stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities in a complex project environment.
