Integrated Logistics Support Specialist

Bell is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist to support our V-22 program with the Government of Japan.

The ILS Specialist at Bell Textron K.K. is responsible for comprehensive support, program execution and growth of Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) with the Government of Japan. This role involves strategic planning, customer relationship management, and coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. This position is at our Tokyo, Japan location and may require some regional travel to support customer needs.

Position Responsibilities\:

• Serve as Bell’s representative for Japan V-22 programs regarding aftermarket support.
• Develop collaborative relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Manage, track, and report all contract requirement deliverables, including facilitating in person customer meetings and program reviews.
• Conduct internal monthly reviews and reports on risks, issues, opportunities, and contractual requirements.
• Assist in identifying and developing military sales
• Ensure effective communication within Bell regarding customer requirements and program efforts.
• Support the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, coordinating with US program management and contracting activities.
• Support Finance Department to ensure pragmatic financial success
• Support existing military and commercial aftermarket programs as required.
