Integration Analyst (Visualfabriq Deployments) | LATAM | Remote

We are looking for an experienced Integration Analyst to join an international team delivering SaaS implementations for global clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting system integrations between customer environments and the Visualfabriq platform, ensuring high-quality data and successful project delivery.

Your responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support system integrations throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Perform data mapping, validation, transformation, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with customer IT teams, business stakeholders, and technical experts.

• Support integration testing (SIT, BIT), deployment, and hypercare activities.

• Monitor data quality, resolve integration issues, and ensure reliable data flows.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes and delivery standards.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in system integration, data migration, or SaaS implementation projects.

• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes, data mapping, APIs, SQL, and integration technologies.

• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Fluent Spanish or Portuguese.

Nice to have

• Experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) or Revenue Growth Management (RGM) solutions, such as Visualfabriq, Exceedra, Salesforce TPM, or similar platforms.
