Integration Architect-Project Manager Role

Salary: $35,000 – $50,000 per month

Job Requirements

- 10+ years of IT working experience

- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with different business units and lead coordinated efforts to resolve incidents.

- Excellent presentation skills to report and escalate issues to top management, and to handle problem management

- Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices

- Experience on Microsoft Azure PaaS components experience

- Knowledge and skilled in Integration Middleware platforms and API Gateway

- Experience with application monitoring is a big advantage

- Language with English oral.

Job duties

• First point of contact for customer for incidents/service requests

• Lead the incident trouble-shooting for the urgent issues

• Responsible for the committed deliverables target, Service Levels, coordination between different offshore members

• Point of contact for escalations, addressing and taking corrective actions against escalation

• Responsible for publishing the executive status reporting with required metrics on an agreed frequency (Monthly and Quarterly).

• Responsible for people management, competency development to meet the contractual commitments.

• Coordinate and schedule governance meeting with internal and external stakeholders

• Assess the delivery risk, report to client management and mitigate with suitable actions post approval from the respective client stakeholders

• Plan and initiate continuous service improvement to achieve operational efficiencies based on the historical, on-going and repeated incidents that had caused the business

• Look for opportunity for possible automation
