Job Summary:
Genesis Consulting has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Integration
Developer who can assist with the optimization of State social service IT
infrastructure and applications to enhance the quality of life for citizens.
The state agency has an increased demand for full lifecycle application
development across multiple platforms. This includes various client eligibility
and recertification systems, employment and work engagement services, claims
systems, and other critical programs. These applications require periodic
refinements and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
Duties and
Responsibilities:

multiple computer platforms. This includes various client eligibility and
recertification systems, employment and work engagement services, claims
systems, and other critical programs. These applications require periodic
refinements and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
This initiative
aims to develop an application that enables self-service functionality and
ensures accurate electronic payments across platforms. Significant enhancements
are required to achieve the envisioned process improvements and fully meet the
original project objectives. Duties and responsibilities include but may not be
limited to:
- Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and
troubleshooting integrations.
- Designing, developing, and implementing
integration solutions to enhance communication between targeted systems.
- Ensuring accurate and efficient data flow
while maintaining data integrity and consistency by creating golden
records and enabling many-to-many links between accounts.
- Creating and managing APIs for internal and
external use, facilitating seamless integration and data exchange,
including portal access and historical account views.
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving
integration issues to minimize disruption to business operations.
Requirements
Minimum
Qualifications/Experience:
.
· Minimum 4 years of experience in SDLC, including middleware
technologies.
· Minimum 4 years of experience working in a team environment on large
applications, including team leadership and applying object-oriented
programming methodology.
· Minimum 4 years of strong knowledge in RESTful services, SOAP services,
WSDL, XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath.
· Minimum 4 years of experience in Java/JEE, IBM’s Java-based Extended
Structured Query Language (ESQL), and development tools such as IBM Integration
Toolkit, IBM MQ Explorer, and Oracle SQL Developer.
· Minimum 4 years of experience MQ Queues, channels, and MQ attributes.
· Minimum 4 years of working experience with SSL certificates and
public/private keys.
· Minimum 4 years of strong experience with Atlassian Jira, Atlassian
Confluence, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), APP Connect Enterprise (ACE), Toolkit,
IBM MQ Explorer, and Oracle SQL Developer.
· Minimum 4 years of experience with IBM Business Process Management
(BPM), IBM DataPower, IBM WebSphere Message Broker, and other integration
technologies.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
explain technical concepts to business leaders and translate business concepts
for the IT workforce.
· Knowledge of current and emerging middleware technologies and best
practices.
· Expertise in analytical thinking, strategic conceptualization,
planning, and execution.
· Ability to build partnerships with stakeholders within the IT
organization.
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science,
Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related
field.
