Integration Director

Salary: $160.00 - $180.00 phr (incl. super)

• 12 + 12 months, $$$ negotiable
• Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney & other cities + Hybrid WFH
• NV1security clearance required

Our client, a Federal Government Department focused on helping the disability community is seeking an EL2 Integration Director / Portfolio Manager to join their team December.

Duties:

• Provide leadership and subject matter expertise on enterprise integration platforms, patterns, technologies and best practices.
• Identifying and recruiting skilled professionals, fostering a positive work culture, aligning with agency values, promoting professional growth and development, and ensuring the team functions smoothly to achieve common objectives.
• Contribute to strategic planning and roadmaps for integration platforms and services.
• Manage and prioritise integration development activities, balancing operational support and project delivery commitments.

Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated minimum 5 years’ experience leading teams.
• Strong team leadership skills to build and lead a cohesive and skilled team. This involves identifying and recruiting skilled professionals, fostering a positive work culture, aligning with agency values, promoting professional growth and development, and ensuring the team functions smoothly to achieve common objectives.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise integration platform implementations.
• Demonstrated experience with modern integration architectures involving enterprise platforms such as Kong, Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Salesforce or comparable technologies to enable secure, scalable and reliable business services across complex technology environments.
