What You'll do:

- Define, design, and advise on solution architectures and integration patterns;

- Act as the Design Authority for integration solutions across projects;

- Support Level 4 technical activities and complex issue resolution;

- Establish, promote, and enforce best practices, standards, and delivery guidelines;

- Drive research and development initiatives to support innovation and emerging technologies;

- Define and maintain the software roadmap aligned with business and project objectives;

- Manage relationships with software vendors and technology partners;

- Ensure compliance with security protocols, governance frameworks, and technical guidelines;

- Provide technical expertise throughout project delivery and implementation phases;

- Create and maintain architecture documentation, integration standards, and technical recommendations;

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the integration ecosystem;

- Hybrid work model.



Who You Are:

- 6+ years of experience with Software AG/webMethods solutions;

- Hands-on expertise with webMethods v10, including Integration Server, API Gateway, and Universal Messaging;

- Strong knowledge of Integration Architecture and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA);

- Proficient in designing and implementing integrations using REST and SOAP protocols;

- Experienced in platform configuration, administration, and maintenance activities;

- Familiar with cloud and containerized environments, including AWS, Azure, Docker, and OpenShift;

- Knowledgeable in CI/CD practices, deployment automation, and DevOps methodologies;

- Comfortable working in Linux environments and with scripting tools;

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies, particularly Terraform;

- Strong understanding of security standards, governance, and compliance requirements within integration ecosystems;

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

- Proven ability to collaborate with international teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders;

- Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to influence technical decisions and project outcomes;

- Adaptable to different working styles and capable of performing effectively in dynamic environments;

- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;

- Fluent in English.
