Integration Manager

About the role
We are looking for an Integration Manager to support merchants throughout the integration of payment solutions and ensure that integrations are properly tested, configured, and ready for launch.
In this role, you will work closely with merchants, payment providers, QA engineers, and internal technical teams. You will help clarify integration requirements, investigate technical issues, coordinate testing, and support the launch and ongoing operation of payment integrations.
We are looking for a structured and proactive specialist who understands payment integration processes, can communicate technical requirements clearly, and can independently investigate and resolve integration-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to merchants throughout the integration of payment solutions.
Consult merchants and internal teams on API documentation, integration requirements, and payment flow logic.
Collect and clarify technical requirements, integration details, and provider-specific limitations before passing tasks to the development team.
Communicate technical requirements and clarifications to internal teams and coordinate implementation.
Verify API requests, responses, integration parameters, and payment processing logic.
Organize and conduct testing of payment methods, deposit and payout flows, and other payment scenarios.
Coordinate test payments and payouts in collaboration with QA engineers and other relevant teams.
Verify transaction statuses, callbacks, redirect flows, and payment processing results.
Analyze technical errors, logs, and test results to identify potential integration issues.
Communicate with payment providers to investigate errors and decline cases and coordinate technical fixes and improvements.
Verify new integrations, payment methods, and provider configurations before launch.
Ensure that implemented integrations meet the agreed technical requirements.
Provide technical support during the launch of new merchants and payment solutions.
Support existing integrations after launch and participate in troubleshooting technical issues.

Requirements
Experience in payment integrations, FinTech, payment processing, PSPs, or a related field.
Understanding of payment integration processes and payment flows, including deposits and payouts.
Experience working with API documentation and technical integration requirements.
Ability to understand API requests and responses, transaction statuses, callbacks, redirects, and common integration issues.
Experience testing payment scenarios and investigating technical errors.
Experience communicating with payment providers and coordinating with development and QA teams.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
A structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
Intermediate or higher English level for communication with international payment providers and partners.

Nice to Have
Experience with payment gateways, payment orchestration platforms, or payment service providers.
Familiarity with P2P payment flows and alternative payment methods.
Experience working with multiple payment providers or merchants.
Experience in high-risk payments, crypto, or other complex payment environments.
Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or similar task management platforms.
