Integration Manager (Xsolla Pages)
You will own the full lifecycle of partner integrations, from scoping and development through to launch and ongoing support. You'll build template-based and custom pages, integrate plugins into partner implementations, and act as the primary technical contact for partners during onboarding. You'll collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams, troubleshoot and optimize integrations, and mentor junior developers along the way. Responsibilities
- Develop template-based and custom Xsolla Pages for partner projects using site builder platforms and custom code solutions
- Integrate B2C plugins into partner implementations and configure functionality based on project requirements
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partners throughout onboarding and implementation
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and cross-functional teams to ensure pages align with brand standards and user experience goals
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot and debug complex integration issues, optimize performance, and conduct quality audits
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, custom development tasks, and guidance on feature requests
- Analyze existing technical issues, identify root causes through log analysis, and deliver actionable recommendations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-stack development experience with frontend and backend implementation work
- Proficiency in React.js and its core principles, including state management workflows such as Flux or Redux
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience using site builder tools such as Webflow, Wix, or Squarespace
- Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and RESTful API integration using Fetch or similar methods
- Solid experience with version control systems, particularly Git, within collaborative development environments
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, including reading logs, tracing root causes, and resolving complex integration issues independently
- Excellent communication skills to present technical solutions and manage partner expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude
