4impact is seeking an Integration Solution Designer to collaborate across cross‑functional teams in shaping and reviewing integration designs. You'll work hand‑in‑hand with the Solution Architect to ensure designs are robust, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards, while supporting developers to deliver APIs that meet business requirements.
We are looking for a high‑caliber practitioner who can seamlessly step into an active ecosystem, quickly absorb domain context, and hit the ground running.

Qualifications
- Experience in software development preferably in the integration domain as an integration solution designer role
- Hands‑on expertise with Azure Integration Services, API Management, and microservices architecture
- Experience producing integration artifacts such as sequence diagrams, API contracts, and technical specifications
- Background in aviation, travel, or airline systems highly advantageous
- Strong abstract reasoning with a proven track record handling dense, ambiguous, or highly intricate integration architectures
- Exceptional documentation discipline to ensure designs are clear, maintainable, and structured for downstream development teams
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders
- Deep experience with Microsoft technologies in integration and event‑driven architecture solutions
- Technical foundation in integration design (specifications, sequence diagrams, API contracts) with the ability to act as a wingman to the Solution Architect
