Integration Support Analyst
Description
Salary: $80 - $100 per hour (inc super)
- SA, ACT, NSW, QLD, VIC. WFH hybrid
- 12 + 12-month contract (Baseline security clearance required)
- 2–3 years’ experience working with API’s and/or Integration
Our client, a Federal Government entity are seeking Integration Support Analysts.
About the role - Integration Support Analysts
Be a pivotal member of a talented multi-disciplinary team focused on the production support of the integration systems.
Duties - Integration Support Analysts
- Maintain and configure MuleSoft and IBM API Connect API’s and applications.
- Undertake testing of APIs and the environments as required.
- Monitor and report on end-to-end API health, performance, and statistics.
Skills / Experience - Integration Support Analysts
- Proven experience working in high-pressured environments.
- Strong understanding of API and integration technologies, with the ability to quickly grasp new products and adapt to complex mission critical environments.
- Exposure to CRM systems is beneficial.
