Integrations Consultant

šŸ” What is Luigi’s Box?

At Luigi’s Box, we’re transforming e-commerce with smarter, faster, and more personalized shopping experiences.

Our AI-powered search & discovery suite includes four main solutions—Search, Analytics, Recommender, and Product Listing—that empower over 4,000 online stores to help their customers find exactly what they’re looking for. Think big names like Notino, Benu, O2, Under Armour, and more. šŸ›ļø

We’re already working with half of the e-shops in the Czech and Slovak markets, and are growing fast in Poland, DACH, Benelux, and beyond.

šŸ§‘ā€šŸ’» About the role

We’re looking for an Integrations Consultant to join our Integrations team, part of the Customer Experience department. You’ll be the technical owner of the integration of Luigi’s Box products into our clients’ e-shops.

You’ll work in tandem with a Project Consultant who manages the project itself: timeline, coordination, and the business side of the client relationship. Your ownership is the technical implementation: designing a solution that fits the client’s expectations, building it, and standing behind its quality from kickoff to go-live.

We’re looking for someone who runs standard front-end integrations independently, proposes the right approach themselves, and takes real ownership of their work: when a task depends on input from others, you’re the one who keeps it moving.

And a note on how we work: AI is part of daily delivery here, which shapes what we value. The real skill is understanding what you’re building and why. You’ll use AI tooling to build your front-end code faster, and make sure the output is right before it reaches a client.

What you’ll do

Own the technical implementation end to end

  • Design integration solutions that fit each client’s setup: their data structure, design requirements, and technical capacity.

  • Be the expert in the room: help the client choose the right way to integrate, then bring it to life yourself.

  • Integrate and fine-tuning our services: Search, Autocomplete, Recommender, Product Listing, Shopping Assistant, and Conversational Agent.

Work on the frontend

  • JavaScript, DOM manipulation, templating, and styling on real client sites, including the interesting ones: dynamically loaded content, timing quirks, custom designs.

  • Write code you understand and can explain: clean, maintainable, easy for a colleague to pick up.

Work with data and analytics

  • Create and adjust data mappings, troubleshoot sync issues, and keep an eye on data quality.

  • Implement and validate the tracking events, working with the site’s DataLayer events and our analytics API, and debug collection issues when they come up.

Debug methodically

  • Figure out where an issue actually lives — the data, the config, or the client’s site — and fix the cause, not the symptom.

  • Check your own work before handover: run through the QA checklist, do a visual check, and verify the integration is healthy.

Be the technical voice for your clients

  • Your Project Consultant handles the project side, so client conversations that need a technical answer are yours: explaining trade-offs in plain language and answering ā€œhow does this workā€ questions.

  • Keep your projects easy to follow: clear Jira updates, internal communication and an early heads-up when something’s at risk.

Work the agentic way

  • AI-assisted checks, data mapping generation, and code drafting tools are part of daily delivery, and we keep building new ones.

  • You’ll get to work with these from day one: learning when they help, when they don’t, and how to verify their output before it reaches a client.

šŸ’» Tech you’ll work with

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  • JSON, XML, and CSV feeds, REST APIs

  • Browser DevTools, DataLayer, GA4

  • GitHub, Jira, AWS, Grafana

  • AI-assisted development: GitHub Copilot, Claude, and agentic workflows built by our team

šŸ’« What makes you a great fit

Must haves

  • Language: Polish + English (written and spoken, both required at professional proficiency level).

  • Solid, independent experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on real websites: timing, dynamically loaded content, event handling. You can explain what your code does and why you wrote it that way.

  • Hands-on experience working with data: JSON, XML, or CSV feeds, REST APIs, and data quality. You don’t need to be a data engineer, but you should be comfortable in this space and willing to learn.

  • A track record of shipping integration or frontend work without close supervision. Show us your work: GitHub, live sites, or examples from a previous role.

  • Ownership mindset: when something is yours, it gets delivered, and risks get flagged early.

  • Methodical debugging: forming a hypothesis, isolating the cause, and fixing it. Familiarity with Browser DevTools, DataLayer, and GA4 is a big plus here.

  • Confident client communication: you explain technical trade-offs to non-technical people, and you’re not afraid to jump on a client call when it’s the fastest way forward.

  • Genuine comfort with AI-assisted development (GitHub Copilot, Claude) and the judgment to verify AI output before it ships.

Nice to have

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as IdoSell, Shoptet, Shopify, Magento, or PrestaShop.

  • Familiarity with templating frameworks like Vue.js.

  • Previous experience in a SaaS or agency environment.

šŸ’° Salary

  • Base salary: up to 2,200 € monthly, depending on skills and experience.

  • Quarterly bonus based on company and individual performance.

🄳 What’s in it for you

  • Flexible working hours to help you create the perfect work-life balance.

  • Hybrid & remote work options: You can work from our offices in Bratislava or Prague, fully remote, or a mix of both.

  • Regular company events and team-building activities to stay connected.

  • A chance to be part of a growing, innovative company where you can help shape the future.

  • An inclusive global team that empowers and supports your needs.

  • A collaborative environment built on trust, transparency, and open communication.

  • A flat structure: Work with smaller, agile teams.

  • Paid time off & sick days.

  • Competitive pay: Receive a competitive salary that reflects your skills and experience.

  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in the future.

  • Perks:

    • šŸ’» Hardware contribution

    • 🧘 A MultiSport card (CZ/SK only) or well-being contribution

    • šŸ“š Self-development allowance

    • šŸ„ž Team breakfasts

    • ā˜• Office refreshments

    • šŸ¼ Parental benefits

    • šŸŽ‚ Birthday surprise

    • šŸŽ‰ And more!
