Integrations Product Manager & Builder
Summary
This hybrid role involves managing and building a portfolio of 50+ integrations for a DAM and marketing compliance platform. The candidate will independently scope, develop, and maintain connectors using AI-assisted coding tools while also managing partner relationships and supporting go-to-market activities.
We have a newly created role for an Integrations Product Manager & Builder to own our entire integrations and connectors portfolio, end to end.
This is a rare hybrid role. You won't just scope integrations and hand them to a developer queue. You'll decide what to build and then build it yourself, using AI-assisted coding to move across languages and platforms you haven't necessarily specialised in before.
Reporting to the VP of Product & AI and based in our Melbourne office, this is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office.
You'll own around 50 connectors and integrations spanning our DAM, AI marketing compliance and global automation ecosystems, including well-known platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Figma, Zapier and Shopify.
What you'll do
Decide what gets built: Assess and prioritise new connector opportunities, balancing product vision with commercial pull. Most new integrations are sales-led, so you'll need to judge feasibility and scope quickly, often with limited detail.
Build and ship: Build new connectors and integrations directly, using AI-assisted coding tools to work across each platform's stack.
Maintain and support: Own ongoing maintenance, including upgrades, bug fixes and enhancements. Provide support to internal teams and customers and triage incoming issues.
Own the infrastructure: Manage integration servers, code repositories, demo environments and supporting services across Heroku and AWS.
Shape API standards: Co-own IntelligenceBank's API guidelines, review API designs, and keep client-facing API documentation accurate and current.
Support go-to-market: Create launch materials, keep marketplace listings current, and demo the integrations on sales and customer calls (roughly half your time).
Manage partners: Manage relationships with external developers and licensed-connector partners, and bring in specialist help when genuinely needed.
We're looking for someone who runs lean and can be autonomous. This role is built to move fast without depending on Engineering or TechOps queues. Read on and see if you've got the skills and experience to help you thrive in the role.
- Strong product ownership with commercial judgement. You can scope, prioritise, and make build calls tied to revenue, often with incomplete information
- Confidence demoing and presenting complex SaaS solutions to clients and prospects
- Experience building and maintaining real software using AI coding tools, comfortable working across languages you haven't specialised in before
- Solid software architecture judgement, enough to direct AI coding tools toward stable, secure, maintainable outcomes and critically assess what they produce
- Fluency with REST APIs, OAuth and the practical mechanics of connecting third-party platforms
- Comfort owning servers, deployments and certificates on Heroku and AWS
- Familiarity with DAM, MRM/martech or marketing compliance, and exposure to platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, CMS platforms, Zapier or Workato
- The ability to write clear customer-facing documentation and keep marketplace listings on-brand
- Genuine comfort with autonomy. This is a one-person portfolio, though QA support is available for troubleshooting and fixes

- Extra leave that actually gets used: birthday leave, December 24th off and half day summer Fridays
